Saturday October 7th will be here before you know it and so will the Howell's County's biggest fall attraction and staple festival held in beautiful downtown Willow Springs. Downtown will fill with vendors and shoppers alike ready to enjoy this festival! If you are a vendor who would like to be included you need to get your application in now before spaces run out and we have to close applications! This draws people from all over into downtown Willow Springs so you won't want to miss this opportunity!
If you want to secure your vendor spot, click here for the vendor application & letter . Simply print out your application and return it to the Chamber Office with payment. You can also pay online here, but all vendor applications have to mailed or emailed to the chamber office.

Decorated Pumpkin Contest
Bring your decorated pumpkin to the Willow Springs Arts Council booth by 11:30 for judging at noon.
The Willow Springs Arts Council will sponsor a Pumpkin Decorating Contest at Bear Fest on October 7th. Contestants can bring a carved or decorated pumpkin to the Arts Council booth before 11:30Am for judging to be held at noon. Winners will receive a $25 gift certificate to either Ozarks Sweetest Bake
Shop or Pizza Americana.
There will be three age categories for contestants: 5 to 10 years; 11 to 16 years, and 16 and up. Entrants can obtain forms at the Ferguson Building, Willow Springs Chamber office or download it here before Bear Fest and bring them with their pumpkin on the day of the festival. There will also be forms available at the booth.

CHILI COOK-OFF
G&W Foods is sponsoring a chili cook-off again this year and prizes range from $60-$20 Gift Certificates to G&W and who can't use extra grocery money these days? Dust off those crock pots and pull out those family recipes cause the competition is sure to heat up! You must have your entry to G&W by 9:45 with judging starting at 10 am!
Baking Contest
Ozark Sweetest Bake Shop is sponsoring the Baking Contest again this year! There will be some fun prizes, and all entries will be judged and the remainder will be raffled off and the proceeds will go to Bears For A Better Christmas. Raffle tickets can be bought at Ozark Sweetest Bake Shop booth at Bear City Fall Festival.
Details are on the flyer, find your age group and bake your best item for that category. Libby says "BE CREATIVE, THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX", so make something unique and yummy!
Entries must be received at their booth by 10:45 with judging at 11:00 am!

Love Cornhole? Well here's your chance to be crowned the Bear City Cornhole King or Queen! Come on down to the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce booth at the festival and register for this fun tournament or you can download the form here and turn it in at the Chamber office ahead of time or bring it with you to the Chamber booth at the Festival. Chicken Pageant
Get those chickens pampered up and pull out those leashes and let's get ready for a good old fashioned Chicken Pageant! I mean who doesn't love a Chicken Pageant right? Click here for the registration form and rules.
Return completed forms to Simmons Bank, the Chamber office,
the Ferguson Building or bring it with you the day of the Bear City Fall Festival by 9:30 a.m. to the Chamber booth.

Quilt Show
Calling all Quilters! Pull out those beautiful creations and get them ready for the Bear City Fall Festival Quilt Show! This year it will be sponsored by the Willow Springs Church of Christ quilting ladies and will be held at the Ferguson Building upstairs room.
Categories:
Traditional - Classic patterns, old fashion, hand-sewn, etc.
Modern - Contemporary, bright, fun etc.
Other - Anything self-sewn, bags, purses, wall hangings, table runners, clothes, stuffed animals, books etc.
Drop of upstairs at Ferguson Bldg between 8-10 am.
Judging/Public viewing 10-1 pm
Pick-up from 1-2 pm
Prizes and ribbons will be awarded in all categories.
Harvest Bounty Contest
All right all you gardeners, let's see who has the BEST Bounty around! The 2023 Harvest Bounty Contest is sponsored by Main Street Wellness Center. WSFD Fire Prevention Coloring Contest
October is Fire Prevention Month and so is Bear City Fall Festival so Willow Springs Fire Department is sponsoring a coloring contest! You can download and color the page ahead of time or you can color it at the WSFD Booth at Bear City Fall Festival on October 7, 2023!
