Start the day off by visiting the Lions Club clubhouse in Willow Springs and having Pancakes with Santa. This event runs from 8 am - 10 am. Cost is $5 per person and each child will receive a make & take ornament as well as a visit with Santa. Breakfast will consist of pancakes, sausage and drink. This is a joint fundraiser for the Lions Club and the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce. The Lions club supports the Mighty Mites football program and this will help to fund that and other activities.

After Pancakes with Santa, this jolly old elf will make his way to Downtown Willow Springs where children can visit with him and take photos all day. His location will be a secret, but know this, he will take some breaks and stroll through town visiting local shops and maybe doing a little shopping of his own!

Nothing says Christmas like decorating yummy cookies! Join us in Willow Springs on December 2, 2023 for a day full of fun family holiday events! Starting at noon and running until 2 catch some vintage Christmas cartoons at the Star Theatre in beautiful downtown Willow Springs! Admission is free and so is the popcorn. Come on in, sit for a bit, and leave when it is convenient, stay for the whole two hours or 15 minutes, up to you! This is sponsored by the Willow Springs Community Foundation and the Historic Star Theatre.

The Willow Springs Church of Christ is hosting a gingerbread house decorating contest. Entrants are asked to bring their entry between 11-12 to the church located at 2850 Bolerjack Road.

The community is invited to stroll through the gingerbread village from 1-3 and cast votes for their favorite gingerbread house! Don't miss this fun contest either as a participant or a viewer/voter! Nothing says Christmas like gingerbread!

It's simple...

  1. Stop by the Ferguson building to pick up your blank wreath and register and receive rules.

  2. Take your blank wreath and decorate it.

  3. Return the wreath by November 30th to the Ferguson Building.

While you are in town, make sure and have those kiddos bring their Letters to Santa and drop them in our very special Letters to Santa mailbox located at the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce parking lot at 120 W Main across the street from G&W!
