Historical Society of Willow Springs - if you enjoy learning about the history of our area and would like to share it with others this is a great opportunity for you. The Historical Society needs people to staff their building so it may be open for others to enjoy. Contact the Community Foundation at 417-469-1400 for more information.
Three Rivers Hospice -Three Rivers Hospice is looking for hospice volunteers in West Plains, Thayer, Alton, Mountain View, Willow Springs, Gainesville & Birch Tree. Volunteers can provide companionship, respite care for the caregiver, a helping hand, office assistance, community events and social projects at care facilities. They offer a flexible schedule, one-to-one patient interaction, group settings, training program and the opportunity to use your unique skills to bless others. For more information call 417-555-1560. You only need to commit 1 hour per month and must be 18 years old.

Friends of Ferals - all-volunteer 501c3 non-profit organization. Our Mission is to promote the health and wellness of our community and it's cats by the reduction of at large cat
populations through TNR (Trap Neuter Return), public education in responsibility and assistance with obtaining low cost spay, neuter and vaccination services.
Being a cat lover is not a requirement! We have Volunteer, Board Member and Officer positions available to those that want to improve the lives in our local communities; people and cats.
