each entry should have 5 servings for our judges to all sample.

All entry fee money will be paid back out in prize awards to the

OVERALL GRAND & RESERVE Champions!

THE RULES!
We want this to be simple: Smoke it. Bring it. Enter it. Let the judges decide!
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
• You provide your own meat.
• Your entry must be smoked/cooked by you, no commercially prepared or pre-smoked meat.
• Entries must be brought to the festival as a finished product.
• Please bring 5 servings of your entry for judging.
• Use your own rubs, marinades, seasonings, sauces or glazes, make it your own!
• Chicken wings may be entered with sauce or glaze.
• Wood, pellet, charcoal or propane smokers are all welcome.
• All entries must be prepared and handled safely.
• $5 entry fee for EACH category entered.
• Entry forms are completed at drop-off.
• Each entry will receive a number for blind judging, judges won't know who made it.
• Judges' decisions are final.
AWARDS:
There will be a Grand Champion and Reserve Champion in each of the six categories!
And then there's the BIG ONE…
OVERALL BEAR-B-QUE GRAND CHAMPION &
OVERALL BEAR-B-QUE RESERVE CHAMPION
ALL ENTRY FEES WILL BE PAID BACK OUT AS CASH PRIZES TO THE OVERALL GRAND CHAMPION AND RESERVE CHAMPION!
